My name is Sara. I am a loving, fun, vivacious woman with a love for photography. While I love photographing everything I see capturing the intimate moments of people is my passion. Whether it is the moment a child realizes something for the first time or a teenager finally sees who they really are I LOVE to be there. I want to freeze the moment of joy shared by a family as they play together. I want to capture forever the love of a newly engaged couple. It is what I love to do! Here you'll find the 'stories' whether in word or image of those most precious moments. Enjoy!

so it's been a while ... and not from the lack of pictures - just time. i actually have a lot of pictures to post. i've just been busy with classes ... lame i know! but today i took a break and went on a walk. here's what we got! there's this great half wall thing just down the road from us with these flowers hanging over it. it makes for great light and a beautiful background! here are just a few of my favorites - it's all the time i have tonight, but there will be more tomorrow!!

i'm liking the rounded corners too. it's kind of fun and gives more space for the pictures. that'll probably be something i'll keep in the future. i wonder if i can make it an action .... we'll see!

sara, that last shot is GORGEOUS! i LOVE IT! It should be on your business card or blog header or something.
btw- do you mind if I ask what kind of lighting you got at ACE?? I have only used natural light so far, but I have been thinking about adding a little artificial to the mix.

Jessica you are so kind! I admire your work quite a bit and it's such a compliment to hear that you like something of mine! I added a link to the lights I bought from ace on the post that shows the studio. HTH!
